one of the main things motivating me to push through chemo is knowing that i can adopt another dog once i am recovered enough. losing belle 10 days before my cancer diagnosis was one of the hardest things i've ever experienced

it will forever be etched in my personal history that the first thing i did after getting my cancer diagnosis over the phone was go to starbucks.

can someone please explain to me how someone gets 8 hours of sleep, 10,000 steps a day, goes to work, maintains good hygiene, cleans their house, exercises, takes care of their animals, and has time for hobbies and socializing? cause i feel like this is also propaganda.
