Lately I alternate between panic attacks, joy, horniness, and exhaustion. None of this is sustainable and I am so tired. I need to fix this. I don’t know what has happened to me.

2025 begone! It was an interesting year. I started the year coming off medical leave for burnout so I've spent the year learning to not be such a "corporate wolf" Sabbatical was amazing being able to feel like my old self for a while. Visiting furs and making friends with new furs was great ! Next year will be continuing to disconnect from work. The first goal is to return to 40 hour work weeks. Then slow down to "normal" person work outputs. Then focus on myself more. Invest in hobbies, get back into shape, etc. yeah I may open myself up to layoffs but let's embrace the chaos!
