@snjaffery @ATXLights That's the one, we sent a cancelation email letting people know they will be refunded. Refunds are being processed for a large number of people, but we will get it to you as soon as possible.

@MPorecca Refund Protect’s terms and conditions are available before you choose to purchase their optional ticket refund coverage. It's standard industry practice to require a medical certificate. Insurance providers require evidence to make a claim, our coverage partners are no different.

@abigtadoo Sorry you had that experience. You can contact the event organizer on the event page you purchased the tickets. As it's their event, they communicate cancellations and process refunds. If you have any issues, reach out to us at CS@ticktbud.com and we will help however we can.

@bw__Cardfan Generally not without the organizers approval, as it is their event and we have to respect their terms of sale. However please reach out to our CS team via email with your ticket information and we can follow up with the organizer on your behalf. cs@ticketbud.com

@ticketbud Your event / session descriptions need more detail. I purchased tickets to the wrong session for the KTCCCA indoor track meet. I needed Session 2 of AAA, which on your ticket page was Session 4. I see now that the descriptions are updated. Any help on a refund?
