@amyrodgers1980 Hi. If you can view the barcodes/QR codes via your Ticketmaster app or access them using your mobile wallet, you can use either of these to scan into your event. Thanks! - JM

@TheCoopLive I'm coming to Gorillaz tonight, Sky VIP. I can see the tickets in my @TicketmasterUK app, and they're also in my wallet on my phone. They're not showing in my Co-Op Live app though. Can I just show them in my wallet or TM at the door? Thanks.

@TicketmasterUK I am trying to purchase tickets for The Fray in Berlin in October. When I selected my tickets it asks for my address but it won’t accept my address as it isn’t German and comes up with an error message.
