@eCitizenKenya The one thing that ties them to all of this. The number that has been used to pay for the transfer will be either, one of them. Not my phone number that is on file at the moment since as I said I have not paid for anything. (they already changed it back)

@eCitizenKenya Whoever assisted with this clearly went into the system and changed the phone number associated with my ecitizen account temprorily and used this to apply for a transfer fraudelently. I'm sure this will be visible in the database logs
