@Buyagiift I’ve contacted you repeatedly about it! I have checked hotels listed direct and it’s cheaper to book direct with them and forgo the BuyaGift voucher! It’s totally useless!!

@chintanmahida @buyagift Totally agree with you! We were given a 2 night luxury stay voucher but every time I go on to book - there are no hotels available unless I want to put £200+ to the booking!! Would never buy one for anyone and would hope to never receive another one! Ours expires next May 2026!

@buyagift Yeah great pay you even more money to extend a pretty useless voucher.. If you can't use it within the time period it speaks volumes about the fit for purpose of your product! So no not throwing good money after bad
