@tide Thank you very much for the quick response. We have a top loading washing machine & I noticed on this one it is for he, which is for front loading, I believe. Could that be the reason? Next time I will make sure I don't get this one again.

@tide @Walmart @ProcterGamble I have used Tide with Downey for years; I recently purchased the one with the metallic label. It doesn't suds up well nor does it have the April Fresh scent, like it used too. What is going on are you diluting the product & changed the scent?

@TheRealChooka All our laundry detergents are designed to provide good overall cleaning. However, dried-in stains can be difficult to remove. Detergents help water penetrate fabrics, then loosen dirt. It's possible the soil redeposited, and we have some tips to assist you. DM us when you can.

@tide @Dogs_ruleme Nobody wants that scent to last longer. Again - why would you call it "original" - when it's obviously not. Since I can no longer find the true original and don't like any of the Tide scents I'm on the hunt for a new detergent now and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Yuck.

@y0_Rob Tide PODS™ can be used in any temperature water, we apologize for the confusion. The limited X characters make tips hard to share. Begin removing the casing by soaking the short in the hottest water allowed by the care label on it. DM us soon for more help with this concern.

@tide We wash everything in cold, and nowhere on it does it suggest hot water. It doesn’t happen with every wash, but ruined my 5 year old Son’s Messi jersey.
