@kennethrohde @w3c @rijubrata This comes from Chrome Status: chromestatus.com/feature/529835… On top of the comment, the `flag` property should also be set. I reported that in github.com/GoogleChrome/c… Well, and if it's the old API, the entry should be refreshed too!

@w3c I don't think this is correct: @rijubrata might know the details... but I think the new API is behind a flag and it was shipping parts of the old API
