You go to work every day and bust your ass just to survive. You don't have a job that is personally rewarding in any way so you just get burnt out. And with burnout you have to take care of yourself but guess what? Taking care of yourself costs money and time.

A lot of people don't realize how draining it is to be poor but not completely broke. I mean the weird level of poorness where yes you have enough money to survive but not to live. You have enough money to eat, but not healthily.
