On Tuesday, November 4th, at about 8:45 pm, a PCSO deputy responded to the Target store in Posner Park (in Davenport), regarding a retail theft. Target security detained a pair of sisters from Kissimmee, 32-year old Hala Kamel and 19-year old Afnane Kamel. According to security, the women left the store with merchandise they did not pay for. The merchandise consisted of bedding, decorations, clothing, and makeup, and had a total value of $2,487.70. The women were arrested and taken to the Sheriff's Processing Center where they were each charged with Grand Theft and Conspiracy to Commit Grand Theft. #PCSO #PolkSheriff #ArrestedByThePolkCountySheriffsOffice
