Take the breaks where you can, but the Mateus Fernandez incident in Hammers v Everton was about as clear-cut a case of ‘ deliberate handball’ as you are likely to see. Definitely moves hand to ball to flick it away. Not natural position or action. Penalty. Staggered not given

Chris this is a clear handball offence and not detected and penalised by an incompetent VAR. The defenders hand moves towards the ball and flips it. 100% a nailed on penalty kick
