Last week, our Tigers Pathways cohort focused on CV writing, learning key skills, spotting common mistakes & discussing what makes a strong CV. 📝 The group also worked together on a quiz exploring job opportunities, boosting teamwork and knowledge of the local job market. 🤝

Students on our BTEC courses wrapped up the year with a fun pickleball session! 🏓 For many, it was their first time playing, but everyone got involved and had a great time. 🙌 We also celebrated students' achievements, hard work and progress with celebration awards! 👏

It was great to host a Careers Event at the MKM Stadium last week, welcoming students from our partner #PLInspires secondary schools. 🎓 Students gained insights from industry speakers, explored future career pathways and learnt about Tigers Trust programmes! 🙌
