Has anyone solved how to do a token in a non-scammy way that allows me to legally distribute cash flow to my token holders via buybacks/dividends/other incentives? It is also important that the token does not interfere with corporate M&A , should the buyer have an interest in the equity and its underlying assets but has no interest in maintaining any commercial obligations to the token holders. I want early users in the Tilt Mafia and Tilt community to be able to participate in the upside as we continue to grow but I cannot have that interfere with an outcome for our equity investors. FWIW, the only tokenomics I have been impressed by in last few years is Hyperliquid and I am guessing they could only do that as they are not HQ'd in the U.S. I will also say the obvious thing which is that there is much more money on the sidelines in the traditional equity market that can deploy into high growth projects that would not bother buying our token on chain but would fund private rounds etc.
