@AskPS_UK So, I understand ratings perfectly thank you. How does he request permission for games I as the parent deem ok for him? If it isn’t possible for PS+ I think I should get a refund. Pointless otherwise you would agree?

However, if downloaded from another account, children may be able to access the content, depending on parental controls & the game itself. @AskPS_UK my son, 11, has a PS5 and a PS Plus subscription. But that has been a waste of money because he is unable to request permission from me to play anything over 7 - not even for a 12 . Is this correct?

@tim_bentham Hello! If you mean for online play, depending on the game, there can be Terms of Service inherent to the game that will require the account to meet a specific age before it can play online. This can't be overwritten by parental controls on accounts.
