@Smithkjj @HealthFdn All good thoughts - thanks Kev. Making it convenient for staff definitely helps but I think we're seeing low take-up even in hospitals which are offering on-site vaccination and I'm worried by anecdotal reports of clinical staff being actively resistant/sceptical.

@tim_esPH @HealthFdn 3 A reduction in the universal Flu offer so staff 50-64 no longer get invite from own GP. 4 Some degree of fatigue in staff (much more apparent in COVID stats) 5 The shift on COVID led to some Trusts moving away from staff vaccination altogether.
