Patient Case: Patient with severe TBI (temporal skull #). Right PC BPPV on DHpike. On sitting up, patient exp episode of tinnitus (< 2 mins) in same ear. Can only find 1 paper reporting this (Barozzi et al. 2013). Anyone see this regularly? @acpivr @LisBteamdizzy @neurophysioPT
