We're devastated by the news of this deadly attack on a school in #Gaza. Even wars have laws, and schools must not be used as battlegrounds. We need a definitive ceasefire now.

The hate, and thankfully the hope, that we have seen recently in the UK are not new. But it is a moment for INGOs and their leaders to renew our commitments, check-in with colleagues, go far beyond statements in tackling and dismantling racism in all our work and communications.

I'm loathe to talk about this stuff on this site because here has undoubtedly become part of the problem.

I’m sickened by Musk abusing his power. But realise my reaction should be to engage more, not leave. Echo chambers are part of the problem. Engaging with views I don’t agree with and speaking up about disinformation and hate matters. So does staying safe - so get those leaving.
