@timcheadle I really enjoyed your post, thank you for sharing! I'm 2 months into my (hopefully) 6 month career break and find myself sometimes feeling guilty that I should be 'more productive'. But I'm really enjoying slowing down and spending the time with my kids.

For months, I asked myself if I was wasting this time. Was I failing at my break? It hit me that time off isn’t about success or failure. Letting go of that pressure gave me the space to rediscover myself and to rethink how I want work to fit into my life moving forward.
