@time2HQ don't touch AVA cameras not stable constantly look for encrypted channel 95% WiFi with both my cameras, my Oscar and Bella work great but the ava camera or software is rubbish, cannot recommend no customer service either from tume2

@time2HQ hi hopefully you can help, I’ve got a couple of your cameras and they are great, I’ve bought a Bella door camera but it won’t set up and read to qr code, I’ve reset my hub, phone and Bella, turned screen brightness up etc and it still won’t connect have you got any help
