@virginmedia Hi there. My tv has been pixelated for months. Tried so many times to call. Finally got through. Agent promised a technician would call in 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Please help.

@virginmedia Has to be the worse service ever. Wait 2 days for a human response to the text. Finally get one. He says 'wqit 15 mins, I'm going on a break'. Wait 6 hours. Nothing. Then the bot 'how can I help' loop starts again. I've paid Virgin £110 a month for a decade for this.
