Really happy to share that I had the pleasure of speaking to the students at @BrockUniversity for Brock Sport Business Conference! Thank you to the students for asking me to come and share my story of being a professional racing driver, dealing with the aftermath of not being able to continue my professional racing career and how I handled it, transitioning into working in and reporting on F1 for TSN. It’s been a hell of a journey so thanks to the school and students for allowing me to share that.

Max Verstappen with a dominating win in NLS2 today! A fearless drive sees his team (Verstappen, Daniel Juncadella, Jules Gounon) win by 60 seconds over their next competitor. Good preparation for Team Verstappen as they get ready for the 24 Hours of The Nurburgring

Aston Martin has released a statement from Lawrence Stroll reaffirming that Adrian Newey is a a big part of AMR and an important shareholder in the team and that Newey’s primary focus is on the strategic and technical leadership of AMR: Stroll: “With the current speculation surrounding Adrian Newey’s role in our team, I want to take this opportunity to set the record straight. As Executive Chairman and Controlling Shareholder, I would like to reaffirm that Adrian Newey is my partner and an important shareholder. He is AMR’s Managing Technical Partner, and he and I have a true partnership built on a shared vision of success for the company. We do things differently here, and while we don't currently adopt the traditional Team Principal role that you see elsewhere - it is by design. As the most successful engineer in the history of the sport, Adrian's primary focus is on the strategic and technical leadership where he excels. He is supported by a highly skilled Senior Leadership Team to deliver on all aspects of the business, both at the Campus and trackside. We are regularly approached by senior executives of other teams who wish to join Aston Martin Aramco, but in keeping with our policy, we do not comment on rumour and speculation.”

Toto Wolff: "With the growth of our team and F1, the scope of our operations and associated responsibilities at a senior level has grown significantly. We have therefore taken this opportunity to put in place a change that has effectively been operating in practice for some time.   "While my role and overall responsibilities will not change one millimetre, Bradley's work as Deputy Team Principal will further enhance the capability of our leadership group and provide continued support for me as our Team Principal and CEO.   "Bradley is a dedicated and long-serving member of our organisation who has played an important part in the team becoming the most successful of the modern era. Aligning our structure in this way ensures our leadership group can focus fully on the areas where they can add the greatest value and is optimised to meet the demands of a rapidly growing sport."

Sources tell TSN that Adrian Newey will continue to lead Aston Martin as Team Principal and Managing Technical Partner for the time being. Newey will not be stepping down from or leaving the team, however It is understood that he, along with AMR would be looking to bolster their trackside leadership in the future.
