Most managers/head coaches aren’t adaptable. If they are, they still work around the basis of what they know. You get unicorns of course, but eventually they’ll go back to what they’re comfortable in. The adaptation comes from the players themselves within a structure

I’m changing it to #CoachingFit Only experience of being a head coach was this season for Martimo in the second div of Portugal. When you match ideology with squad skillset you get results. You still have to have something about you but experience or lack of is not relevant
