@MeadowShrew I like Morgan a lot, but defenders in this league are adapting to him. Plenty of them are inviting him to cut inside (as he prefers) then closing down the space too quickly for him. Aside from that, what do we really have from open play?

@timlawrence89 Exactly Tim, and perhaps it's telling that the last goal we scored was by a central defender (and the one before that was an absolute gift by the goalkeeper!). Tbh even that win at Chesterfield was a bit of a fluke, with 25 per cent possession.

A fourth straight defeat, five losses in six games, scoreless in our last four games. Horrendous.

FT 0-2 By far the worst performance we have seen under GC. Salop off the pace in all departments, with Perry and Sang being particularly poor. Cheltenham scored their two chances. 🔷🔶

@salopcast Fair summary, we were poor for so much of that game. Feedback from people watching at home was that the red will be easily overturned.

FT 1-2 Salop didn’t deserve to win & very frustrating game on many levels. Salop were off the pace and Walsall out fought them A number of players returned to their normal level and it showed Frustrating game from the ref too who seemed oblivious to their fouling and time wasting
