Lil pitters are melting down over the Allar pick. Bringing up how lil Kenny was supposedly treated by PSU and WVU fans. Let’s go over the differences. Kenny was an abject failure at Pitt his 1st 4 seasons. Even lil pitters hated him. Then covid happened and lil Kenny was given an extra season 23 year old Kenny crushed it. However there was plenty of tape from the previous 4 years that he was trash. It didn’t matter. Lil pitters and the Pitt media rallied around Kenny in a messiah like fashion denying his game had any flaws proclaiming him to be better than Marino. Objective PSU and WVU fans pushed back hard. Knowing his flaws and that the Steelers reached. Now look at Allar. Every penn state fan and media member are saying Allar is a project he has flaws. He could work but it will take a lot of work. Nobody is proclaiming super bowls or a HOF career. We readily admit what he is. A high upside guy with flaws. Why is this? Well Penn state has had sustained success for 60 plus years.
