@HollieB I think we’ve got to look at it from promoter’s viewpoint: “What can we do to sell tickets and advertising for Friday and Sat that doesn’t cannibalise revenue from Sunday?” By that measure, same or similar grid and more spectators and ad revenue across the weekend = good result.

Not sure I can describe the F1 sprint as anything other than superfluous? Love a bit of racing but the same people who are always in front ended up in front (now with even more points) while everyone else who already worked hard in qualifying had to do (and risk) it all again?
