This afternoon's walk - 6.2 miles from Burnham Overy Staithe taking in Gun Hill and Burnham Overy Town. After an 11 mile run this morning my legs are now officially tired!

Just back from a rather hot 11 mile run along the coast path from Brancaster Staithe in Norfolk. My longest run and first time over 10 miles for almost 21 months since I damaged my knee ligament. It's coming back...

Here's another sketchbook #painting from this evening's walk from #BrancasterStaithe, #Norfolk. I loved the shapes/textures of these flint walls and pantiled roofs. I'm also enjoying the change in style that different paper, watercolours and more-detailed ink drawing is producing

Here's this morning's piece of #art, the next miniature #watercolour #painting in my British Bridges series - the #Tyne Bridge. I'm pleased with the way I've captured the sky and the setting, but less pleased with the curve of the #bridge which is not quite 'circular' enough

Just finished reading the 4th novel in Richard Osman's Thursday Murder Club Series. I thought the 3rd one was something of a disappointment, but enjoyed this one much more. I'll be interesting to see whether/how Computer Bob and Edwin become part of the team in the next book...
