Former President Uhuru Kenyatta has been too vocal in criticizing President William Ruto’s administration, yet Kenyans have not forgotten what characterized his own 10-year tenure and why many rejected his leadership in 2022. Raila Odinga did not lose the 2022 election because Kenyans did not love or support him, but because many voters wanted to send a strong message to Uhuru Kenyatta and his administration, as they felt he would mislead Raila. The former president should understand that we respect him as our retired Head of State. While he claims that he advised us and we failed to listen, it is ultimately up to us to decide. The honorable thing for him to do is to give President Ruto space to work for Kenyans. Uhuru should learn from Daniel arap Moi and Mwai Kibaki. Moi handed over power to Kibaki and kept quiet; Kibaki did the same after leaving office. Uhuru should now extend the same courtesy to President Ruto. If Uhuru fails to stop attacking President Ruto, it may force some of us to expose all the negative things that characterized his government.

These threats about “going back to 2008” are fear tactics. Kenyans are not fools. Shame on leaders who try to divide us for power. The presidency is not for two tribes it belongs to all Kenyans. We also demand absolute accountability for Albert Ojwang’, the courageous digital whistleblower who was abducted from Homa Bay and killed inside Nairobi’s Central Police Station in 2025. It is an outrage that the masterminds behind his assassination continue to walk free. To our Gen Z patriots and every Kenyan standing up for our nation, we make a solemn vow to walk with you through these dark and treacherous times. A team of Advocates including @gloria_kimani and @Benign_Overlord have been following up on the arrest and detention of Nairobi Central Police Station OCS, Chief Inspector Dishen Angoya. The team has ascertained that he is still under arrest but is recovering steadily after seeking medical attention. All clarifications on the circumstances leading to his arrest have been recorded in his statement and we anticipate this matter will soon be resolved to its logical and just conclusion. We await his arraignment in Court and will ensure he is properly represented.

A Plot to Profile the People of Mt. Kenya Has Been Hatched As we speak, some UDA MPs are now being lined up to hold press conferences castigating their own people. The script is becoming clearer by the day. Ruto, Murkomen and Sudi must come out clearly on the death of Wanjiku, “the tattoo lady.” The people of my region are generally tolerant when it comes to politics, which is why many people find the attack on Wanjiku suspicious and politically convenient. Just like the car that was torched in Githurai yesterday, many questions remain unanswered. Did you hear the driver speaking with what sounded like a Nigerian accent, claiming the car was burnt because demonstrators found a UDA scarf inside? That immediately introduced a political motive into the story. Now another incident has emerged: a truck belonging to MP Biego, a UDA MP, was reportedly torched during the protests in Naivasha, with claims that it was targeted because of his perceived political and regional association. Conveniently, every incident now seems tailored to push one narrative: that the attacks are politically and ethnically targeted. Kenyans are not blind. Many are beginning to ask whether some of these incidents are spontaneous or carefully curated to justify a bigger political script. Did you also hear the owner of the Githurai car say the insurance company would not compensate her because the vehicle was not insured against demonstrations? Another cue for Ruto to donate a new car and appear for a photo session. Many people believe there is a deliberate attempt to portray the people of Mt. Kenya as violent, yet that is not who they are. Others also fear this could be part of a broader political scheme against RiggyG, aimed at thwarting his return from the UK. The people of Mt. Kenya will not be intimidated, profiled, or politically provoked into fear.
