If we tell you a land is 6minutes to the main market, it is 6 minutes to the main market Integrity is our watchword, you can bank on our words anytime Lastly, don't forget "Blessed are those who didn’t finish everything they earned For their later years will not be spent asking for help."

Hardwork Alone Isn't Enough, You Need "Luck" I realized this again recently at a retreat. A few people were scheduled to make presentations about five different sets. The first presenter finished, and people tore the presentation apart. Heavy critiques. Tough questions. The second presenter went next, and I was fully involved asking questions, analyzing, critiquing. By the time we got to the last presenter… I was tired. Mentally exhausted. Truthfully, I didn’t even listen. I was pressing my phone. My attention was gone. I noticed many others were tired too. When the presentation ended, I found others saying, “Wow… nice presentation.” But immediately, something hit me. Nice presentation… or was it just good timing? Later that night, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I spoke with a friend, and we both agreed on something important: What if the applause wasn’t because it was exceptional…but because by that time, everyone was already tired of critiquing? And that’s when a bigger lesson became clear to me. That’s how life works sometimes. That’s how favor works. That’s how grace works and we all need an element of it Two people can do the same thing. One gets criticized. Another gets praised. Not because one worked harder… but because timing, atmosphere, and grace aligned differently. You see this in school too. During project defense, it’s not always the best presentation that gets the easiest ride. Sometimes, it’s simply because the lecturers are tired. Sometimes, it’s because someone before you annoyed them badly. Sometimes, it’s because grace decided to speak at that moment. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t work hard. We absolutely should we and extremely hard. But here’s the humility every mature person must have: It’s not every time your hard work will speak loudest. Sometimes, grace will speak for you. That’s why you don’t only pray for strength. You pray for favor. You pray for timing. You pray for grace. Because there are moments when grace will cover what effort cannot. Happy Sunday.

Last week, we had an extremely powerful session with Mr. Believe Chika inside the School of E-commerce Advanced Coaching Group. He took us deep and I mean deep into the components and strategies behind highly converting creatives for e-commerce: both videos and images. That session was fire. 🔥 Honestly, my head almost exploded. We spent over 4 hours breaking everything down step by step, dissecting what actually makes creatives convert, and why some ads work effortlessly while others fail repeatedly. It wasn’t surface-level. It wasn’t theory. It was real, practical, usable insight. Now, this week, we’re switching gears. Inside the School of E-commerce Advanced Coaching Group, we’ll be focusing heavily on reviewing the year: • What worked • • What didn’t work • What we must double down on • What we must completely stop doing All with one goal in mind: getting significantly better results in 2026. There’s something that worked incredibly well for my business this year and I’ll be doubling down on it next year. We’ll be discussing insights like this openly inside the community. This kind of honest, strategic reflection is what separates businesses that grow from those that stay stuck. I’m confident this session will be a game changer for every serious e-commerce business owner in the group. I honestly can’t wait for Friday. It’s going to be a powerful one.

PS: The aim of this post is not to tell you not to expand, because if this will do you any good There's another country we are selling in also that gives pure clean good profit monthly with just a fraction of the effort we put in Nigeria And the sweetest part is the overhead cost is very low So like I said, expand but do it straetgically not just because you see others doing And don't forget the point I listed earlier too #timothymoyofola

We Ran At A Loss For 2 Straight Months And here’s what It taught me Yes, you read that right. In my e-commerce business, we recently expanded into a new country. I was excited, everything looked good on the surface. Orders were coming in, ads were running, and the numbers “felt” right… until I asked my accountant to isolate the performance of that country. When I saw the report, my jaw dropped. We ran at a loss the first month. Then again… the second month. And that was when it hit me, there’s a way you can be making sales consistently yet be slowly bleeding your business dry without even realizing it. Why? Because your records are not structured well enough to show you where the leak is coming from. That’s why I always say: 📊 Record keeping isn’t a boring task, it’s your survival strategy. Many e-commerce owners make this same mistake. They see someone brag online, “We’ve expanded to 5 countries!” or “We’re now selling across Africa!” and they start copying blindly. What they don’t know is that some of those countries are running at a loss behind the scenes, quietly draining profits from the main business. That’s why I always emphasize: never copy what you don’t understand. I’ve told my accountant this month will be our final test in that new country. I’ll give it my best shot, but if it doesn’t turn profitable, we’re pulling out immediately. And it’s not because we’re not getting orders; the challenge, as any experienced ecom person knows, lies in the logistics network. Most countries don’t have delivery agents as motivated, organized, and committed as Nigeria’s. Still, I’ll give it one last push. I’m sharing this because I want you to take a deeper look at your own business too. Don’t assume everything is working just because sales are coming in. Sometimes, what looks like growth on paper is actually slow failure in reality. ✅ Track your profit and loss by country, product, or campaign every month. ✅ Stop comparing your chapter 2 to someone’s chapter 10 on social media. ✅ And never be afraid to pivot when the data says it’s time. That’s how real entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses, not by hype, but by clarity. If you've experienced something similar, kindly share below

The Painful Truth Most People Ignore About Wealth. I was reading one of Alex Hormozi’s books recently, and he shared something that hit me hard. He noticed that his social media wasn’t growing fast enough, So he decided to pay someone who already had the kind of results he wanted someone with massive reach and engagement. When they spoke, the guy told him something simple but powerful: “There’s no secret. Just put out good content, and a lot of it.” Hormozi was surprised. He said, “We already do that.” But the guy replied, “Let’s check.” So they both looked at their pages. The guy had already posted five times that morning, while Hormozi had posted once. That was the “aha” moment. He realized that success wasn’t about some hidden hack, it was about consistency and volume. And that’s where most people miss it in life and money. When you see wealthy people, they don’t invest once and stop. They keep investing again and again. But the average or struggling person? They buy one land or make one investment and act like they’ve “arrived.” Then they sit back waiting for miracles. It doesn’t work that way. If you want tangible results in any area of life, business, content, or wealth, you have to do it consistently. You bought one land? Buy another. You started investing? Keep going. You did one good thing? Do more of it. Because while quality matters, quantity matters too especially when it comes to building wealth and results that last.

You'll eventually lose your high performing staff once they realize your business does not have the "potential" to give them the kind od life they desire Mark the word I used "Potential", your business does not have to be "it" yet So, as a business owner, learn to conciously communicate the dream you have for your business with your team members and let them see themselves in it And lastly, you definetely cannot keep all your staff, but don't let it be that you lose out on the good hands due to avoidable negligence from you Your business needs to grow at a faster rate than their dreams Now, this isn't easy, at all at all And that's why you'll lose some and that's why not everyone can be a great entreprenuer It's not an easy task

If You Want Your High-Performing Staff to Stay, Read This Carefully There’s a statement I said in one of my videos: 👉 “If you want to enable high-performing staff to stay in your business, your business must be able to accommodate them.” And honestly, that statement couldn’t be more true. Just yesterday, my brother called me after watching one of my videos. He said, “I think the reason one of my best digital marketers left back then was because my business couldn’t accommodate him.” I smiled and told him, “You’re absolutely right, even though that might not be your case exactly, what you just said is true.” Here’s what that means: A staff can outgrow your business. And your business can also outgrow your staff. Let’s start with the first one. When a staff begins to work with you and realizes that your business has no path to give them the kind of life they desire, they’ll eventually jump ship. It’s that simple. It’s like you’re traveling and you have three options a car, a train, and an airplane. You’ll definitely go for the one that gets you there fastest. That’s how employees think too.Once they see that your business is no longer the fastest route to their desired destination, they’ll quietly start looking for an exit. But here’s the twist, sometimes, your business can outgrow your staff. You’ll see cases where a business becomes so big that the existing team can no longer handle the scale. That’s when companies start hiring experts from outside people with deeper experience and they become the heads over those who have been in the company for years. Why? Because growth requires capacity. So the question is: 👉 How do you build a business that can accommodate high-performing staff? The answer is simple (but not easy): Your business must keep growing at a pace that even your top staff can still dream inside it. Every employee that works with you stays because they see you as their best option for now. No one is so “loyal” that they’ll reject a better offer that gives them more growth, fulfillment, and reward. And “better offer” doesn’t always mean a higher salary. Sometimes, it’s exposure, structure, flexibility, or recognition. So as a business owner, your job is to keep building a company that gives people a reason to stay a company that can help them live the kind of life they want. Because like I always say, the least every staff working with you wants to become is as rich as you. Your business must have a pathway that makes that possible or at least believable. I’ve personally lost a great staff before I understood this. He was one of the best digital marketers I had. He performed almost as well as I did. But because I didn’t create a growth path for him, I lost him. And that was a big lesson for me. Now, I don’t want you to learn this the hard way. If this post hit you deeply, share it with another business owner who might need it. And I’d love to hear your thoughts 👉 Have you ever lost a good staff before? What did you learn from it? Drop it in the comments. #timothymoyofola

How I Avoid Losing Millions When Buying Land (3 Steps You Must Know) Do you know that many people lose their hard-earned money to fake sellers, wrong documents, or government-acquired land? As someone who buys land regularly for my company (GLE Properties) I’ve seen how easily people get scammed. But over the years, I’ve mastered 3 simple yet powerful steps that help me avoid costly mistakes. I’m going to share them with you 👇 ✅ Step 1: Talk to People Who Already Bought Land in That Area The first thing I do whenever I want to buy land is simple: I find 2–4 people who have already bought or built houses in that community. Why? Because most times, the same family (omonile) that sold to them is the one selling to you. Talking to them gives you inside gist: Who actually owns the land What struggles they faced before completing their purchase If the seller is legit or just packaging stories If someone has built a standing house there, it means they’ve already done part of the due diligence for you. That’s your first checkpoint passed. ✅ Step 2: Always Go With Your Own Trusted Surveyor Don’t ever rely on the seller’s surveyor, go with yours.Your surveyor will: Pick the coordinates of the land Chart it (in Lagos, you’ll get an official report; in Ibadan, you rely on trusted surveyors’ checks) Confirm if it’s government land or free from acquisition This is where many people miss it. Use a surveyor who has proven integrity and has worked with you for a long time. That trust can save you millions. ✅ Step 3: Never Pay the Full Price at Once This is where most people lose their money. No matter what sweet words they tell you, don’t ever pay the full amount at once. What should you do instead? Pay a little amount upfront and ask the Omo Onile for right to enter the land By entering the land, I mean you start clearing the land or put a sign on the land that the land is sold for some few days to weeks By this time, if the land has issues or belongs to another person (Those that own it will definetely come out to challenge you) These are of the simple but powerful strategies I use in acquiring safe land for my Real Estate Company If you found this helpful, share it with someone you know who’s planning to buy land, you might just save them from making a huge mistake. And I’d love to hear from you: Which of these 3 steps stood out to you the most or that you don't agree with.

3 Simple But Powerful Ways I Find Hot-Selling Products for My E-Commerce Business Let me shock you… The 3 methods I use are NOT new. In fact, many people already know them. But here’s the truth: most people don’t actually do them. The first method, I actually learned it from Moses Uche back in 2019/2020. Guess what? I didn’t use it until 2025. 😅 Funny right? But that’s how most humans are we know what to do, but we delay action. Let me share it with you: 1️⃣ Amazon Bestsellers Method Go to Amazon (preferably on a laptop for better navigation). Search for “Bestseller”, “Top Seller”, or similar keywords. Choose a niche you’re comfortable selling in. Look at the top-selling products and check how many units have sold in the last 30 days. 👉 If over 5,000 people bought it in one month, trust me, that product has potential! Now imagine even if you just capture 2,000 or 3,000 of those buyers in Nigeria you’ll be smiling to the bank. 2️⃣ TikTok & Instagram Product Discovery Search keywords like “Top-selling kitchen products” or “Best beauty e-commerce products.” Videos will pop up, but don’t stop there. Click on the creators’ profiles and check other videos they’ve posted. 👉 That’s where you find gold — most people don’t go this extra step, and that’s why they miss out. 3️⃣ Product Iteration (AliExpress / Alibaba) Yes, we all know AliExpress/Alibaba. But here’s the trick: Look at a product you’ve sold before that performed well. Study why it sold, was it the design, function, or trend? Then look for an iteration (a close variant, slightly different but still appealing). 👉 Sometimes, a simple twist on an already hot product is all you need to explode your sales again. 💡 These 3 methods have consistently helped me find products that sell like crazy. But now I’m curious — what about you? 👉 Do you have your own secret methods of finding hot-selling products?
