@CosmicDede @Ariannnyy_ That's fair, this was with a fairly large company that definitely had cash to burn. I know my other roles also checked but not to the same depth (actually got a copy of my last one which was interesting but they only looked at my last 2 roles)

@Ariannnyy_ Yall be over estimating how deep of a check they do tbh. They’re mainly checking criminal, it costs extra for anything else. If they really like a candidate I promise they’re not doing back flips to find dirt on them. Especially for IT or sales roles.
