BREAKING: Tesla has announced that FSD (Supervised) has officially been approved in the Netherlands and will begin rolling out to customer cars shortly, marking the first country in Europe to get approval! This clears the path for approval in other European countries. EU-wide approval could come as soon as this summer.

Tesla Cybercab was just spotted Supercharging in the US, and it's a small glimpse into what's coming next. Production will start slow, but once it ramps, expect to see these everywhere. 15 lbs up since December - achieved with 5am gym sessions , hiking on weekends, and a nutrient dense diet. It might not sound like much to the fitness folk on here, but considering how sick I was last year I'm feeling pretty proud of myself for maintaining a clean, lean bulk 😊

For the topping: ½ cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tsp honey Zest of ½ lemon 1 tsp of lemon juice Mix together and chill in fridge until cold. Top with a pinch of cinnamon and lemon zest to serve 😋

My latest creation 🍏🍌🥕 2 cups oats 1 cup hot milk 1 carrot, grated 1 apple, grated 1 banana, mashed 1 egg 2 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp ginger 1 tsp baking powder 3 tsp honey 1 tsp lemon juice Mix and bake at 180–190°C for 25–30 mins, use toothpick-test for doneness.

I used to believe betrayal only came in one form—physical infidelity. But life has a way of expanding your understanding. Betrayal is broken promises. It’s silence when someone should defend you. It’s words that don’t match actions. It’s being loved in theory, but not in practice. Cheating is just one expression of it. Even in the Easter story, betrayal wasn’t abstract—it was personal. Judas Iscariot walked beside Jesus Christ… and still chose betrayal. And for what? Yet Jesus didn’t stay in the pain of it. He transcended it. Because this life—this human experience—is a refining fire. A constant invitation to rise above the flesh, the ego, the wounds. The truth… the real truth… exists beyond what we see here. Peace isn’t something this world consistently offers. And love, in its purest form, doesn’t originate from people—it flows from the Creator, the true source of all things. Recently, a man said to me, “Can you believe she cheated on me?” And my honest thought was… yes. Not because you deserved it. But because you’re human. Because we all are. Even a perfect man was betrayed, denied, and ultimately crucified— by his government, by his friends, by the very people who claimed to love him. So yes… I believe anything is possible. And maybe it’s time we all do. Think about this the next time you interact with your spouse. This about this the next time you like the thirsty picture. Think about this the next time you send that “innocent” message. Stop and think today. Happy Easter, ya filthy animals.

A little commission story… Some months back, I was asked to paint a little robin piece to commemorate a customer’s wife, who had sadly passed away. The piece was going to be a gift for his daughter. What an honour it is to be trusted with such a poignant and meaningful gift, particular coming up on the anniversary of my own mum’s death. ❤️

I have so much to say about this! I have evidence to support what I told the court backed up with documentation from my brilliant barrister. It’s Easter Sunday today and I intend to enjoy it with my family and not arguing with ill informed people on twitter. I will do a piece on Substack tomorrow, putting this to bed. I will say this though. I remember having a conversation with the head of OMU and the governor after I got hauled in and nicked for speaking to @AllisonPearson on the prison phone. 😂 It was just after my appeal and she said to me. “One day you’re a far right racist thug, the next you’re an articulate, intelligent lady, you can’t be both” I found that quite telling. You see how this works Stuart? The system manipulates and lies to come to the conclusion it wants. Doesn’t make it the truth. But obviously you know way more than a prison governor that has worked her way up in the prison system.
