@N1chelous I cannot buy open market shares when we are actively working on acquisitions (as we have reported in earnings). So I have been acquiring more shares by exercising options (lookup our Form 4's).

@timreeser hi Tim, you mentioned a couple months ago that if you were able you would be buying shares does that still hold true?

@OldPM3 @JohnQ2322 @LightningeMtrs Read our earnings deck--We did diversify our battery supply chain--but 3 of the 5 suppliers have been unable to produce quality products. Validating a new battery supplier takes 2 years--but since we were 18 months in--we are able to keep the pain to just 2 quarters.

@JohnQ2322 @LightningeMtrs @timreeser Hey it’s not our fault we didn’t diversify our battery supply channel. They said we were friends. Now we can’t deliver vehicles so they just sit in our parking lot. Customers will surely understand that what we told them we’ll deliver and now can’t is not our fault. Backlog gone.

@N1chelous @LightningeMtrs I am fully aligned--I have never sold any shares, and remain committed and invested for the long term. I am as frustrated as everyone else with the roadblocks and obstacles that have slowed us down--but I believe in ZEV and remain confident we will succeed.

Why am I bullish? Read our last earnings transcript--we will recover from the damage Romeo/Nikola caused (who we are suing) by Q2/Q3 and we are perfectly positioned to take advantage of the new transformational incentive programs Q3/Q4 of this year and accelerate into 2024.

Responding to the recent chatter--I have never sold any ZEV Stock -- and in fact have been actively accumulating more shares by buying/exercising options (as disclosed in Form 4s). I believe in ZEV, have always been all-in, and am more bullish than I have ever been.
