It’s time to do something about the City Manager, but what was in her performance contract? Surely, it had success criteria, goals, objectives, a job description, something, anything. What criteria has Council been using to evaluate the CM’s performance over the last 3 years?

@CBCHamilton Come on City of Hamilton staff and council. There are examples of communities doing work to help these people. Just open your eyes and use an existing example. Look to Kitchener . Lets get these people off the street and some assistance.
