Is anyone aware of benchmarks/surveys of how much government or charity organisations spend on Digital, Data, and Technology? (As a proportion of their overall spend)

It aggravates me to no end when companies try to control the volume of customer enquiries through making it difficult to contact them, like disabling the ability to reply to their emails. The demand is still there; they’re just hiding it.

@BretFisher Hey Bret, I swear I heard you say on your podcast that the new docker compose (the go rewrite) will soon let you use your compose file to deploy to a k8s cluster. But I can't find anything about it on the web. Am I remembering wrong?
