@tinglesapp yea, loving the new look the update brought but where, pray tell are the recent uploads from followed/favourite asmrtists? Coz its not showing on either the home page or the asmrtists pages.....

@julayou We had to lock videos because not enough people were willing to support artists to cover the costs of streaming. We're not a big company like YouTube and video streaming is very expensive. All the money Tingles makes goes to support artists and to pay the bills.

@tinglesapp any chance you can explain the changes in the last update? Like the fact that almost every video is now behind a paywall? I'm sure many of us would like to know why the sudden change. This not only affects the users, but also the creators and, with that, your business

Hey @tinglesapp why is my entire video library now locked? I used the app to listen to my saved videos on Friday and I could pick any, now I get a popup telling me to buy premium which I can't afford if I want to watch a video. I'm not happy with this at all!

@majora_joestar Hey, we haven't had any outages in a while! It might be your internet connection, if there is no difference between mobile data and Wi-Fi please get in touch with us using the "Send feedback" option in Tingles app so we can look into this further.

@k_8ai We use your device's default app store! on iOS: Open Settings, tap iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Tingles > Cancel Subscription. on Android: Open Google Play Store, then tap Menu > Subscriptions > Tingles > Cancel your subscription.

@johnbrian93 Yes, we use the App and Play stores for our subscriptions so you can always cancel the subscription same as any other app!
