Northern general is an absolute shambles. Currently in A&E - 9 hour wait 😂 as it stands there are at least 6 police here (that i know of) looking after bag heads and bell ends. Pretty obvious that at least 3 of the “patients” in here aren’t actually ill or injured 🙈
