I just measured the speed of light in my lab! Got 278 e6 m/s - so around 8% error. It's amazing we can just buy parts off the shelf to do this. The key elements are a fast laser driver (4ns rise time) and a very sensitive SiPM detector. Thanks @Alpha__Phoenix for the idea!

Wow! There is a @tinytapeout SKY26b project which draws a logo on screen by scanning physically matching arrangement of transistors! Like a scanning microscope inside a tiny circuit! tinytapeout.com/chips/ttsky26b…

My latest gizmo arrived today!! This is the @tinytapeout FPGA development kit. It has a Lattice #UP5K FPGA on a PCB with headers and a pinout compatible with the Tiny Tapeout ASIC demo board.

My @tinytapeout project has grown a little! Now using 2/3 of a 1x2 tile chip. 52,571 um wire length. UART, SPI, TRNG working on the #ULX3S. JTAG still WIP.
