Putting this out here on a random… I’m a photographer who had all my gear stolen last year. Slowly trying to rebuild I’ve gotten a laptop again, now working towards getting a camera. If you’re in the creative space and can support in any way financially, advice, referrals. ❤️

Bianca Censori speaks to AD Middle East about directing the FATHER music video. 🗣️: “Every element, line, perspective, colour and texture was composed to dissolve the boundary between reality and the surreal, creating a spatial language that mirrors the logic of dreams.”

One thing I've noticed many times is that people often want to play football but don't know where to find games, especially when they're in a new city, a new university, or simply don't have enough friends available at that moment. So l built PLAYR. 2/6

Let’s dissect this incredible music video by Bianca Censori . This is radical cinema at its best, not just a visual artifact... Thread ↓

Yo, contrary to this opinion, her career is not taking a nose dive, I think Ayra Starr should keep pushing the none afrobeats sounds, she should just grow with an afrobeats centered team. A lot of times we want to fault artist because they shift perspective but that’s because sometimes they’ve passed their previous goals, Asake left Nigeria for a while and dropped a record with DJ snake(that’s aiming for a different market) The joy of going global is global collaborations and trying new things. Even Burnaboy on global records is a different beast. Understand that when you switch markets your first product will seem like it’s not successful(of course it’s a different terrain) “Sounds from the other side” was not given the respect it has now at that time. A crossover experiment was happening on there, but some albums down the line has it paid off? Yes! Don’t pressure Ayra she’s working harder than she has been observed to be. It’s a phase and it will pass. She will be that global Pop Star she wants to be. She’s having fun and I don’t see her copying Tems or copying Tyla. This is who she’s always been, the fun girl who likes to have fun, the shawty that wears her emotions on her sleeves and will gist for hours if spoken to right. The artists that will sing her heart out for days, the creative that will try new things, an entertainer that carters to some unpopular fans who ride for her. Bro relaxxx. It’s in the right space.

i have always said it that the problem with ayra starr is she’s confused about her branding. trying too hard to be a blend of tyla & tems.
