I saw that video of a lady where a man stalked her even after she said no . he even followed her right up to her house and it reminded me of why ladies give out their numbers to random strangers. It’s not because we want to , it’s because just saying “no” does nothing for men who are not used to that word . I used to not give my number out , I would spend hours begging them not to follow me . Arguing on the road because I said no …until my friend told me“ just give out your number, if it’s the persistent ones pick a few times and pretend the network was bad . after a while, they’ll tire from the chase and leave you alone”. I was a teen! . It’s sad ….. it’s just so sad the things we have to do to avoid abuse .
