Never ever ever get a @TiresPlus credit card. This is the most frustrating credit card I have ever owned. They literally block you from making payments until the statement balance is posted at the end of the month. I have like 10 credit cards, this is the ONLY one that won't take my money.

@TiresPlus so I purchase 2 tires with road hazard your staffed used the same DOT# now Tires Plus won't honor the Warranty 🤔 so that's why you email and dont print receipts, just to scam customers.

Don’t bother going to Tires Plus in St Anthony on the weekend even those they say they are open, they won’t provide any service, reason given is only one employee. So.. he just stands behind the counter. That’s not open. @TiresPlus

So hear me out FiRST POST EVER… @BridgestoneUS in MN shakopee I brought my 2023 Dodge Durango RT Hemi with 30k miles on it to get new tires and an oil change. They didn’t put oil back in my truck. They will not take responsibility for the issue. They won’t even talk to me. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? I have video footage of me bringing my car back down there, it wouldn’t go over 40 mph and was bogging out. Tires plus PAID for a tow to Jeff Belzers and got me A rental car. This happen on 9/26/25 when the tires got put on and an oil change (that’s didn’t happen) Filed a claim on 10/1 heard from Roberto on 10/2 said they sent inspecter to Belzers on 10/7, the inspector wasn’t there no more than 15 mins. Didn’t even turn the truck on, denied the claim. Belzers hasn’t even been able to Diagnosed the issue due to Tires Plus DENYING the claim. They cannot break down and fix my vehicle until Bridgestone/firestone/tires plus makes a written agreement that if the MISFIRE happen after the oil change on 9/26/25 and was stored after that “oil change” They will assume responsibility IF that’s NOT the case and it happened and stored BEFORE the 9/26/25 service date @JeffBelzers can run it through my bumper to bumper warranty. Answer me this @BridgestoneUS why would your CORPORATE EMPLOYEES NO do what’s right? Let’s figure out what happened and take responsibility if needed? This is sick and twisted that a BIG CORPORATION would leave their customers screwed over due to a tech MISTAKE…. Isn’t this why we have INSURANCE? @TiresPlus @BridgestoneUS help Please SHARE this.

Went to @TiresPlus today in Zephyrhills, Fl to get front end work done on my truck, was quoted $3100 agreed to that price, go back when its ready and price went up $600, they add extra parts with out my authorization! No call to authorize! SHADY PEOPLE WORK HERE! Beware

@TiresPlus well I guess it’s an unfortunate situation that not even the store manager could accommodate a service I requested, because of a policy that the store has and I get, he’s only doing his job based on what the higher ups tells him what to say and do.

2103 West Broadway Council Bluffs, IA @tiresplus denied me the customer service I was looking for to just have compress one strut. I used to get them done there all the time. Apparently, now the associate working there said to me that we don’t do that. Bad service.

@TiresPlus why make a 1 pm oil change appointment and then when I show up I'm told it's going to be a 3 hour wait? Went to Walmart instead. Took 20 minutes
