Orgs can create a minimum time streamed required in Pros contracts but again it’s barely done , TSM did it for us but it was very low and barely followed. Apex esports players need to be way more disciplined and self responsible of what is expected of them but organizations as a higher up need to be a guide to get there imo. My father was that for me when I first joined TSM , if it wasn’t for him I’d probably be doing the same as majority of pros in Apex do already which is the bare minimum

I’ve watched a bit of @NiceWigg video regarding ALGS and was taken down due to threats which is insane and not deserved at all. Main take away is Pros aren’t obligated to stream and grow a brand even tho it’s in their best interest and everyone else’s around them. I do believe professionals should always grow their brand but I do mainly blame the organizations involved in apex not creating a more structured environment for pros to follow like they do in higher esports. From what I know orgs don’t create an incentive for pros to grow their brand or a structured environment so most of them do what is expected of them and it just becomes a self responsibility to figure their career out themselves and I believe orgs should be instead pushing their pros to grow their brand etc
