100% agree. One thing that bites people w/ LVP in basements is slab *flatness* + moisture. Quick add-on checklist: 1) Fix bulk water (grading/gutters/sump/dehumidifier) 2) Do a quick moisture test on the slab 3) Follow the product spec on vapor retarder/underlayment + leave the expansion gap Curious—do you have a “go-to” moisture test method you recommend for homeowners?
