@virginmedia quick question. If I was to cancel my Virgin broadband due to the price increase, how long do I keep service for? Is it effective immediately or 30 days notice?
@tjeffree Hey Tony, thanks for providing this. Based on the latest updates for this outage we can confirm our engineers are currently working on the fixes however a new fix time has not yet been announced. This could mean our staff needs more time to assess and will notify us asap. ^AG
@tjeffree Hi Tony, sorry to hear you're affected by a service outage and the estimated fix date keeps getting pushed back. Do you have the fault reference number at all so we can check for updates for you? You can find the reference from the My Virgin Media app, if you have this. ^BG
