I’ve noticed a few people wondering why $ONDS barely moves on great news recently (like today’s $20M purchase order). ⬇️ Here’s the simple breakdown: Big institutions bought massive bundles of $ONDS in two premium deals: • $425M at ~$11.50/unit (share + 2x $20 warrants) • $1B at ~$16.45/unit (share + 2x $28 warrants) They paid extra for each package: real shares + long-dated warrants (like call options). To protect their capital, they hedge by shorting the stock against the warrants. This keeps them neutral but means they sell into rallies. At ~$10-11 right now: • Their shorts are printing • Warrants still have time value left (2032-2033) • So they’re happily making money NOW from hedging instead of waiting for $20/$28+ ❌ So, how/when does it stop? Well, don’t forget that they own those premium shares too! So once $ONDS climbs around/above ~$16 (bigger deal’s entry), their whole position turns profitable on the shares alone. This means less reason to slam the brakes and sell into rallies, they might ease hedges, cover shorts and let it run. ✅ Bottom line: These hedges act like blanket on upside until massive catalysts (huge $50-100m contracts, great earnings etc.) create unstoppable buying that overpowers the selling. Understandably frustrating for retail, but classic warrant overhang situation. Not doomed forever, just need bigger news and a favourable market!💥

Drive down any motorway or road in Britain, and it is FILTHY. Litter everywhere. Our country is increasingly becoming a third world dump, and we should not tolerate it. If we were in power, there would be no foreigners on benefits - hence why they are not included in this scheme. Non-violent prisoners, they can pitch in too - safely and securely. Nearby prisons, in bright orange overalls. Instead of sitting around in prison doing horticulture classes or lifting weights in the prison gym, they can work and work bloody hard all day. Then back to prison. Because our country increasingly resembles a dump. It does not have to be like this. I am just so sick of it, honestly. It is disgusting. If you want to clean up Britain? The UK is treating nursery-age children who believe they are transgender. The National Health Service was previously set to introduce a minimum age of seven for children to be seen by its specialist gender clinics, claiming anything less was “just too young”. However, a source close to the consultation process said NHS England had “caved to the pressure” of trans activists to remove the limits.
