Recently came across this old email, from 2014, from a DC United employee to my editor at MLSSoccer.
DC had just been eliminated from the playoffs & I'd just ripped some sick donuts at RFK. Guy tried to get me fired, more or less. Incredible relic right here. Framing it.

Hey @Bojangles, I have a friend who visited NC from NYC and fell in love with your chicken biscuits.
He ate 9 in 4 days while he was here and took 4 back to NYC and ate them today.
Is 13 chicken biscuits in 5 days a record?
Does he at least qualify for a biscuit pillow?

Made it to Chapel Hill for Game 7 between Oklahoma and UNC. Hot start for the Heels, already up 3-0 in the first after a 2-out error opened the door for a rally, and the Bosh is rocking.

By my count, 19 other franchises have picked No. 1 in that span.

@John_Fanta Any idea what the 2008-2009 UNC team was? They ran through the NCAA tournament. Surprised they aren’t listed here as I feel like they were one of the most dominant teams in the last 15ish years.

I've been looking at the bubble every which way.
Right now, I'm leaning XAVIER for the last spot over UNC, Texas, VCU, the Mountain West title game loser, and the Big West title game loser.
It's extremely close but the Musketeers have the best true road win of the bunch, IMO.

I’m gonna need a video put together of all the terrible calls and no calls from ACC #refs during the ACC Tournament.
From the Pitt game to the Clemson ending last night, it’s been a terrible showing.
The ACC is tough to watch, and the refs aren’t making it any better.

Clemson joins Pittsburgh and Virginia Tech on the sad list of teams sent home from the ACC tournament by questionable - or flat bad - calls by officials in end-of-game situations.

@drebly_32 Then we need to buy out the people who have lifetime lower level tickets. If not, the students will never be close to the court and the atmosphere will continue to suffer.
That’s the only reason to move the location. Break the lifetime tickets contract.

Renovate the Dean Dome to upgrade the building but DONT TEAR IT DOWN! The Dean Dome experience and the Basketball program/history makes the school 1 of the Top/Prestigious Colleges to attend!
