Since Ato Forson became Finance Minister: ●Cocoa farmers are unpaid for close to a year. ●Teachers and nurses are battling salary arrears. ●The Ministry of Health has received clearance to recruit only 7,000 health workers ●The Education Ministry has also received only 7,000 recruitment slots. ●Ex gratia payments remain unsettled. Farmers are crying like babies Traders are crying ●Salaries are delayed disrupting livelihoods. ● Has pumped over 13 billion dollars into the system to artificially prop up the cedi just over applauds. You are free to dislike Ofori-Atta, but you can't deny the fact that his tenure was marked by bold economic decisions, aggressive recruitment, and efforts that kept key sectors functioning while prioritising long-term stability over short-term political considerations, unlike a certain useless Ato Forson, who has killed business with his senseless policies.
