$ONDS signed a merger agreement with defense contractor Mistral giving it direct prime contractor access to U.S. defense programs. Mistral participates in $1B+ U.S. Army and SOCOM contract vehicles and adds U.S.-based manufacturing and integration capabilities.

Ondas reported preliminary Q4 and FY2025 results, with revenue higher than prior targets. The Company also reiterated its revenue outlook of $170–$180 million for FY2026.
