@mgoetzke The app uses the standard macOS API for opening windows. And it uses the option to remember the last position. I suspect, it might be broken for multiple monitors. Does it work with a single monitor for you?

@tlphn still alive ? I still like using your product, but is it possible to ensure the 'new call' window to open up ALWAYS on top and ALWAYS on the same monitor ? e.g. wherever it was placed last ? I always have to hunt for it

@m_ghadam It’s problematic for a generic SIP softphone that doesn’t have its own servers owning your login data. Because of the inability to keep UDP traffic going in background on iOS.

@tlphn Is there a manual for Telephone? I’m on Mac and get “forbidden” when attempting a call. Version 1.5.2 (142) Account shows green/available so I’m pretty sure I’m registered with server.

@tlphn The app does not work, when I run it behind a corporate VPN with full tunneling. Is there any workaround for this? I assume the issue is that the telephone app does not retrieve the proxy credentials from the system network settings. My SIP-account is from @fonialgmbh

@alierow Thanks, I understand the problem and would like to add a possibility to make single and volume purchases for business. It just won’t come in the near future.

@alierow Buying via the App Store is the only way. I’m sorry for the inconvenience in purchasing it for business. It should be also possible to download the app and make a purchase via another Apple ID with contact details for business purposes.

@gjcourtney Yes, tel:. Note that the proper tel URL doesn’t have slashes after the colon. You’ll also need to set Telephone as default handler of those URLs by checking “Standard for calls” in FaceTime preferences. 64characters.com/telephone/faq/
