Zakai has had a tremendous career. One of the best four year careers in SEC history. Not sure how many of those guys there will be in future NIL era, honestly. As for Rick Barnes, he’s built Tennessee into a top ten program. Not sure how many more years he’ll coach. Don’t feel like he’s underachieved here very often in tourney. If anything, he’s mostly performed to seed. But with NIL now every year is a brand new team. Hard to know what’s next with Zakai and Mashack leaving. And Mizzou and Tennessee remain the most cursed Final Four teams in the country.
