It's such bullshit that Zillow/Redfin allow owners to remove listing/price history. This investor's been "trying" to unload this overpriced failed Airbnb for over a year now.

I'd say a 6.50% 30-year fixed seems like a foregone conclusion at this point. When not if... That'd be the first time rates were that high since last summer. Pretty sure the housing market can't handle a return to 7%, not that I think we go that high anyway.

Why would someone sub 3 or free and clear need to lower price. They aren’t going anywhere and that’s over half the homes. There isn’t the foreclosure or desperation that existed in 2008. That’s the difference between a crash and a minor drop in price in certain parts of the country. There are still numerous overbid regions so it sounds kinda weird

I do this mostly for laughs and to hopefully help people interested in Big Bear make solid buying decisions. I make zero money from this. My point is, there are SO MANY FREAKING PEAK BUYERS coming on market, refreshing stale listings and cutting prices that this is starting to feel like a part-time job just trying to keep up.
