4/11 Update Hey everyone - update here. As always, I'm committed to keeping communication open and transparent. Current Status I've slightly increased my current position but remain at a very small total percentage (see all my previous comments regarding this). The supply remains locked on Streamflow at various future dates (links available upon request). I'm continuing to explore how this experimental side project can best support open source AI development. I have a Discord getting off the ground with some additional community mods, have not opened this up yet. This week is pretty busy with ethsf, if you're in town find me. Strategic Direction Currently mapping out a more structured approach to community governance that could give token holders input on funding decisions. Researching successful models from other projects that have balanced community input with focused development. Developing clearer criteria for what types of open source AI projects might receive support. Continued Commitments This token is NOT an investment vehicle -- it's an accident that became bigger than intended - please approach it as experimental support for open source development. I have not "rugged" anyone and continue to operate at a *significant* personal and professional loss on this project. I will not engage in token price manipulation or pumping activities. All token movements and trades remain transparent and open to community analysis. Zero tolerance policy remains in effect for scams, threats, or pressure tactics. I appreciate everyone's patience as I work through these complexities. The unexpected attention this project has received means I'm taking extra care with each step. I'm grateful for the thoughtful feedback many of you have provided and continue to welcome constructive ideas. Not much has changed since my last update: - I've made an additional token purchase, from the same main address that created the token. - This supply remains locked on Streamflow at various future dates (happy to post links). - This remains an experimental side project focused on potentially supporting open source AI development. - I've been feeling out mods for some sort of discord presence and have been thinking about how indie OS developers can benefit from this alternative line of funding. - I appreciate the ideas shared so far and welcome them for how to make this something that is beneficial for folks. I have had various meetings with advisors and potential advisors on how to shape and evolve this effort and am still weighing alternatives. A reminder about my approach: - I initially only bought 1% of the supply. - I did not "rug" anyone and have not made money from this (quite the opposite). - This token is NOT meant to be an investment tool - I will not engage in token pumping activity. - I'm still taking time to carefully consider next steps. - I continue to welcome analysis of token trade history and transparency tools. I'm still collecting feedback and considering options for community engagement that maximize signal and minimize noise. 2/15 Project Update Hey everyone - let me clear some things up about this project and where I might take it. How This Started I started this completely on a whim - literally had no idea it would get any attention at all -- it was in a group chat with friends and I attached my twitter account not realizing it would be noticed or it could take off. The response has been pretty wild and completely unexpected. Quick Facts - This is a completely independent side project - I have made some smaller additional purchases -- all on the main address that created the token. - All of my supply is locked on Streamflow at various future dates. - I have not taken ANY profit from this project whatsoever - At this time I have zero intent to take any profit from this project - I want to be crystal clear: I don't know who the initial large holders were - There's been some misinformation floating around, so I wanted to set the record straight What I'm Thinking About I intend to explore ways to support open source AI development through community funding. This is very much an experiment - I'm figuring things out as I go. So far I've been generally unpleasantly surprised by the amount of scam artists and vitriol in the space Important Notes - This token is not meant to be a investment tool at all. Please don't treat it as one - I will not engage in any token pumping activity - Don't expect updates from me more than weekly - Exercise extreme caution with this or any similar projects - Messaging me to pressure me to push for the price of the token will not be appreciated and you may be blocked.
